Brian Malow has a cool video essay for TIME Magazine about Galileo and the International Year of Astronomy. Worth checking out. Funny and worthwhile.
Spider Star gets a local library staff recommendation. I love to hear about little things like that. They’re nice pick ups. And just a quick note here. If you’ve been waiting for the mass market paperback release, it’s being delayed due to the economy. A lot of the big chains have been passing on things they would normally buy, and the timing on the solicitation was pretty bad. So, we’re waiting…sorry. The hardback is still available online at amazon and other booksellers, and perhaps in your local library.
