The New Site Is Up and Has Always Been Up

December 15th, 2007

Sorry for the hiatus there, and hope you like the new look.  We got the redesigned website up around Thanksgiving (thanks Jeremy!), but between holiday travel, the end of the semester crunch, and some additional travel immediately thereafter, I’ve been slacking.  Waiting to formally launch until I could sustain regular posting again.  I’ve still got plenty of links to update, too.

I’ll continue to post here about astronomy in the news and my thoughts about the modern scientific enterprise (or its rejection in some quarters), as well as science-fiction related topics as they occur to me.  I’ll have news about various projects underway (an astronomy anthology, the Launch Pad writer’s workshop, forthcoming novels, appearances, and science fiction classes) .  We’re mirroring www.mikebrotherton.com on livejournal and so should be more accessible to comments and community.

Welcome!
