April Snows Leave May Froze

The weather in Wyoming is milder than most people think. Here in Laramie we're at 7200 feet, and while we often have blue skies and mild temperatures, sometimes a crazy storm from Hell blows in. It can snow, hail, sleet, rain, snain, and thunder any month of the year -- and I've seen it do all these things within the very same storm.

We had big crazy snow last week (six inches in one afternoon). It's starting to come down again today.
