CNN.com - NASAtries to revive Hubble camera - Jun 30, 2006
I've been dealing with this for a couple of weeks. We had three targets scheduled when the instrument failed. Our sample will be 26 objects rather than 29 due to this, as it's a special kind of program called a snapshot program that does not repeat lost targets. I hope the camera recovers. There's still a lot of great science to be done with it.
